Myself and other volunteers met at Jenn's Java last night to work on the next steps for the rummage sale. Here is what we discussed:
We will need as many of you as possible for setting up. We will begin setting up on Weds December 3rd at 6:30pm and all day Thursday December 4th at 8:30am. We need those of you willing to help on Friday December 5th between 8am-5pm and Saturday December 6th from 8am-3pm. We will also need people willing to help with the clean up at 3pm the last day of the sale. Please let me know if you can help out on any of those days. We will plan a lunch or have lite snacks for those who participate. There will be coffee and hot chocolate available as well
Rummage sale items
We will be meeting at The Haven from 9am-12pm this Saturday (11/15/14). We will be moving sale items from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor of The Haven, organize the items, and price them. Please let me know if you can help out on Saturday. Snacks or lunch will be served
We are loading everything up on Sunday November 30th starting at 10am to take to the Church. We could use your help during that time. The more people, the quicker we can get items loaded. The guests from The Haven will be helping as well.
Tickets will sold on the days of the Rummage/Bake sale. They will be $1.50 per ticket or 5 for $5.00. When a person wins they will be called (by phone or email) to come and collect their prize from The Haven. There will be a system in place for this. Please let me know if you have any questions.
